Shipping and Delivery
CEREBROTECH s.r.o. ensures the delivery of orders through contracted carriers to the address provided by the customer during the order process.
Delivery Methods
Delivery is carried out through available shipping companies displayed during the checkout process.
The specific carrier and delivery method depend on the destination country and the option selected by the customer.
Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time is indicated on the product page or during the checkout process.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on:

delivery destination,

carrier workload,

unforeseen circumstances (e.g. logistics limitations, customs procedures).
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Shipping Costs
The shipping cost is displayed to the customer before the order is placed.
The price depends mainly on:

the selected carrier,

the weight or dimensions of the shipment.
Transfer of Risk
For consumer contracts, the risk of damage to the goods transfers to the customer only at the moment when the goods are received by the customer or by a third party designated by the customer (other than the carrier).
Failed Delivery
If the shipment cannot be delivered due to reasons on the customer's side (for example an incorrect address or failure to collect the package), the order may be returned to the seller.
In such cases, we reserve the right to request reimbursement of the costs associated with the delivery.
Damaged Shipment
The customer is required to inspect the shipment upon receipt.
If the package shows visible signs of damage, we recommend refusing the shipment or reporting the damage with the carrier by completing a damage report.
International Delivery
For deliveries outside the European Union, shipments may be subject to customs procedures and additional charges (customs duties, VAT, or administrative fees).
These costs are borne by the customer.
