Frequently asked questions
Research compounds are substances intended for laboratory and scientific use. In the Cerebrotech catalog, this term includes synthetic compounds, reference standards, and small molecules that laboratories, universities, and research institutions use as reference materials in in vitro experiments.
All products sold by CEREBROTECH s.r.o. are intended exclusively for laboratory research and are not medicinal products, nutritional supplements, or cosmetic products.
Each batch is tested by HPLC and achieves a minimum purity of 98%. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is issued for each batch and is available upon request.
To obtain a COA, you can contact us by email at cerebrotechresearch@gmail.com and provide the batch number listed on the product label.
The COA documents the purity, substance identification by mass spectrometry, and physical appearance of the product.
Our products are research compounds, not medicinal products. Registration of medicinal products by the European Medicines Agency or national authorities, such as SÚKL in the Czech Republic or ŠÚKL in Slovakia, applies to substances intended for the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of diseases in humans or animals.
The compounds in our offer are sold strictly as reference materials for in vitro laboratory work and are not intended for human or veterinary use.
We currently deliver within the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Standard delivery time is 2 to 5 business days from order confirmation.
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Prague, Czech Republic. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, the customer will receive a tracking number.
All shipments are packed in plain, unbranded outer packaging. CEREBROTECH s.r.o. is listed as the sender on the shipping label.
No product names, graphics, or references to the contents of the shipment are displayed on the outer packaging. Inside the package, products are protected by insulating material to maintain their integrity during transit.
We currently accept cash on delivery, i.e. payment to the courier upon delivery of the consignment.
Card payments via a secure payment gateway will be available soon. For institutional customers, such as universities or laboratories, it is possible to issue an invoice with bank transfer details upon agreement.
Yes. We offer two forms of cooperation:
1. Affiliate program
A partner can share their personal referral link and receive a 15% commission in the form of store credit from every order placed through their link, or a 10% cash commission.
They also receive a permanent 35% personal discount on their own purchases.
2. Content partner
For content collaboration, we do not require partners to make any health, performance, or therapeutic claims about the products. Partners are asked to share only factual, research-oriented content.

Lyophilized, or freeze-dried, research compounds should be stored at -20 °C in a sealed container, protected from light and moisture.
After reconstitution with an appropriate solvent, the solution should be stored at +2 °C to +8 °C, i.e., in a standard refrigerator, and used within the timeframe specified on the particular product page.
Some compounds in our catalog have specific storage instructions. Therefore, we always recommend checking the specific product page.
Do not freeze the reconstituted solution unless explicitly stated for that particular product.
